Problem
The BD PI Resources Hub offers a wide range of materials that may not be fully recognised by the relevant healthcare professionals (HCPs). Additionally, while the hub provides comprehensive information and resources, the website's content structure requires reorganisation to emphasise BD PI's key offerings.
Solution

We developed a modular, user-needs-driven website that acts as an intelligent librarian.
The redesigned resources hub anticipates user needs and serves as a central repository for BD PI resources while proactively offering supplementary tools and recommendations.
We have delivered a comprehensive UX package to the client, including high-fidelity wireframes, to support UI design, development and implementation.
Key contributions

Conducted a comprehensive UX audit of the current website to identify pain points.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including senior designers, project managers and developers, to align on goals.
Created low-to-mid fidelity wireframes and prototypes based on user research and content analysis.
Presented the Intelligent Librarian concept to the client, receiving highly positive feedback.
